Golden, nutty, fresh.
This fresher style of Chardonnay from Kendall~Jackson is made from 100% Estate grown Chardonnay from vineyards in Monterey, Santa Barbara and Mendocino County, it has been fermented 50/50 in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels with partial secondary malolactic fermentation.
Expect good Chardonnay character with golden fruits, lemons, nutty aromas with baking bread and smoke. The palate is mouthwatering; sweet peach puree, honey, tangerine and pineapple with vanilla flavours dominate. Very good weight with a creamy edge and a lengthy spicy and zesty finish.
