Fresh, modern, fragrant.
A fresh and fragrant Malbec that was fermented in stainless steel. There is no mention of oak ageing, but mention of oak balance, which suggests it oak, but oak was in it.
The nose is sweet raspberry, vanilla, licorice, baking spices and wild purple flowers. Similarly, the palate has plenty of sweet fruit but is grounded with more savoury flavours along with mocha and brown spice. A modern and approachable style, supple and simple.
