Succulent, fresh, spicy.
A succulent red, the Sibaris doles out grilled bell pepper, bayleaf, rosemary and salted licorice flavours underscored by carob, chives, espresso, black chocolate and black plums. It has notable weight and savoury, spiced meat, herbal and salted flavours layered with wild berries and coffee flavours. Fresh and persistent, a wine for grilled foods and hearty winter dishes.

Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
