Frothy, persistent, bouncy.
Perfect for the holidays, sipping or with dinner, this sparkling salmon-pink offers good overall complexity and doles out aromas of tangy red fruit, kumquats and dried violets with cedar y undertones. It is tangy and creamy with small bubbles and expressive fruit. Dry, approachable and fresh with a bouncy finish.
