Rare, lemony, direct.
A rarity in our market, this autochthonous white northern Italian Ribolla Gialla grape shows classic soft fruit, mineral, smoked spice, grilled lemon, green almond and faint talc notes. It is tangy and lemony with oyster shell and marzipan flavours. A direct wine with decent length that is made for food.
Pair: creamy polenta, fish, antipasti, soft cheeses, white meats.
