This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I'm a fan of vibrant reds like this Gamay; expect juicy cherry and vanilla aromas woven with black raspberry, cedar chips and bacon fat, chocolate wafer and leather. Good levity and structure combines, it has toasted spice, red fruit, baking spice and cocoa flavours. A charming wine for duck, turkey, roasted beet salad or butternut squash soup, sausages, black bean veggie burgers or charcuterie.
