Mouthwatering, crunchy, juicy.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is laden with gooseberry and green apples, crunchy peaches and lime, honey, spring flowers and grass clippings. It's a mouthwatering white with good bones and concentration. Flavours of guava and peach and a suggestion of jalapeno. Slick and lengthy and delicious.
