Racy, restrained, lime.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
A restrained nose suggests lime and start fruit, unripe peach and wet stone, which leads to a zesty palate that is dry, racy and has an almost oily texture. The finish is pithy with more of the stony undertones suggested on the nose.
