Ample, fresh, savoury.
The Judge is an impressive blend of estate Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec and PetitVerdot housed in an weighty bottle. Savoury and spicy with black fruits, brown spices, black licorice, leather and sage it has an intense palate weighty and ample but balanced with bright acidity. Showing well now, with some maturity.

Pairs great with Gone Crackers Olive Oil & Cracked Pepper
