WineDiva's Review

Pretty, textural, supple.
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton.
This 100% Syrah was aged in French and American oak and delivers pretty notes of sweet cherries and raspberry, violets and licorice, chocolate espresso beans and a hint of white pepper. The palate is supple and full-bodied, fresh and fleshy with flavours of wild purple berries, chocolate and coffee. Nice power and freshness with some textural chew on the finish.
