Pretty, perfumed, delightful.
This singular blend is part of Hester Creek's Foundation Series, a mix of Pinot Gris and Viognier it is a pretty perfumed wine with strong peachy notes lashed with Bartlett pears, orange blossoms, honey and Jonagold apples. Fleshy stone fruit flavours dominate the palate along with dried pineapple, white pepper, ginger and lime, which trails on the finish.
Delightful little quaffer.


Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
