Berries, cocoa, fresh.
This estate grown limited edition Cabernet is 95% Cabernet and 5% Merlot that was aged in French oak barrel for 21 months (partially new).
It is closed on the nose; it has faint wild red berries along with dusty plums, cocoa and earth. The palate is lean; it suggests dried fruits, cocoa and tobacco. Overall fresh but muffled.

Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
