Fresh, perfumed, bouncy.
A stunning new addition to our shelves from the Catalunya region of Spain near Barcelona, this Garnacha (partially blended with Carignan), spent 5 months aging in barrel and then almost a decade in bottle.
Perfumed with roses and strawberries, licorice and sarsaparilla with cedar chips atop savoury undertones. Wonderfully fresh for being a decade old, it has some secondary notes with fine spice, bouncy red fruits, cigar box and a tealeaf finish.
