Concentration, marmalade, lengthy.
A brilliant cran-ruby on colour with aromas of rhubarb and strawberry compote, orange creamsicle and sweet spices. It has a sweeter palate but good acidity to help sweep the sweetness into submission. A good concentration of marmalade and candied fruit flavours hold on across a lengthy finish.
Pair: Curried dishes, chilled spicy Asian noodles, seafood or white meats.
