Smooth, mature, spiced.
From the appellation of Blaye in the Cotes de Bordeaux, this unoaked blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cab Franc and 10% Petit Verdot is showing maturity in colour and character. Displaying aromas of bruised strawberry, smoked meats, plum marmalade and wild berries, cocoa. brown spices and molasses. The smooth palate shows tertiary flavours of spice and desiccated fruits and tealeaf.
