Fresh, citrusy, zesty.
This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I've not had their Chardonnay for several vintages. so I can't compare it to previous ones but the 2021 is fresh. Notes of lemon, crunchy tree fruits and melon are underscored by wild flowers, straw and vague hints of nuts and spice. It has a boozy vanilla and herbal flavoured palate with a bracing zesty finish.
