Consistent, expressive, juicy.
Having pioneered a new winemaking region in British Columbia, Fort Berens estate is in Lillooet, in the Fraser Canyon. Wines are made from their own vineyards, but are sometimes blended with Okanagan Valley fruit.
This expressive Pinot Gris is consistently well handled and the 2022 is very pretty. Notes are a fruit cup of peach and pears, honey, white blossoms and grapefruit. It's juicy and expressive with oodles of pristine sweet fruit and lively citrus. Excellent concentration with mineral undertones and a fruity finish.
Pair: chicken salad, mushroom dishes and oily fish dishes.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
