Persistent, verdant, slick.
Fermented and aged (maturation was 5 months) in stainless, foudre and neutral barrique.
Classically with Old World harking, the Blue Mountain wines, and ergo this Sauvignon, is unique to its Okanagan peers. This vintage, smoked lemon aromas are woven with grass clippings, white raspberry, nettle, peach stone, spring flowers and vanilla. Smooth and slick on the tongue with herbal, wet stone, botanical and citrus flavours. Good structure and complexity overall, and the finish is persistent.
