Supple, generous, smooth.
Oliver-based Burrowing Owl has maintained a house style and quality consistently over the years, it was aged in a mix of French, American and Hungarian oak for 18 months then bottled unflitered.
Expect notes of red currents and leather, toasted brown spices and red cherries with earth and cocoa along with mocha. It has notable structure and a supple weight with generous wild berry, tobacco and espresso flavours. The finish is smooth.
