This new sparkling cider (pronounced EM-OH) is made by BC Tree Fruits Cider Co. and is available in BC and Alberta. I received all three versions to sample, one, the Sparkling Rose is available in BCLDB stores.
All three use locally sourced ingredients and all include four apples and soda water to add spritz. They are 5% alcohol and less than 120 calories per can (similar to a glass of dry white wine).
This one has 3.5 apples, 9 cherries and soda water, and is 110 calories.
