WineDiva's Review

Prunes, spice, savoury.
This estate grown, limited release Merlot was matured 21-months in French oak barrels (partially new).
It's a powerful and savoury style that is showing maturity. Expect blackberries, dried cherries, dark chocolate and soy sauce, prunes and tealeaf. Similar, salty, succulent flavours are woven with spice cocoa and leather.
I recommend drinking now, don't hold.
