Fresh, silky, zesty
Pioneering outside of the Okanagan Valley in Kamloops, Harperâ€™s Trail is named for another upstart, cattle drive rancher, Thaddeus Harper. This reserve Chardonnay comes from the estate Thadd Springs Vineyard has a fresh nose of citrus and white tree fruits, wet stone and oyster shell. The palate is clean and zesty, bright and elegant with a silky finish.
Pair: halibut rolled in almonds, pasta in cream sauces, roast chicken or turkey, smoked gouda grilled cheese.

Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Seafood/Shellfish, White Meat Chicken/Pork
