Made from Vancouver Island estate fruit and sourced Okanagan fruit, this second label of Blue Grouse is a blend of Merlot, Marachel Foch and Cabernet Franc. Spicy red cherries, dried violets, star anise, vanilla and cedar aromas lead to a fresh palate with sweet red fruit atop spiced meat rubbed with wild herbs. Easy, savoury and suitable for game meats, sausages, burgers, pizza, firm cheeses and hearty vegetable stews.
