A light version of a notoriously opulent white wine, Vanessa Vineyard's expresses wildflowers, peaches, ginger, citrus and a whiff of spice. A leaner palate is fresh and citrusy; it has a slightly creamy edge.
Pair: white meats, fish and exotically spiced cuisines.
