Golden, toasted, fresh.
The White Gold is a reserve tier Chardonnay made from Fort Berens' estate Dry Creek vineyard in Lillooet; it was fermented and aged in French oak barrels .
A rich yellow hue, it delivers buttered corn toasted hazelnuts, coriander, grilled lemons and golden apple brulee aromas. An echo of the nose, the palate is weighty, buttery, creamy yet slick, fresh and fleshy. A must try for those who love a good full-bodied Chardy.
Pair: roast chicken, polenta with brown sage butter, cornbread, buttered popcorn, and smoked mozzarella.
