WineDiva's Review

Sweet, smooth, vibrant.
The grapes that make this Merlot come from the Similkameen, Okanagan Falls and the Golden Mile Bench. It was aged for six months in French and American oak (25% new and 75% neutral). Plush notes of plum cake and pan seared cherries are woven with baking spices, licorice, vanilla, mocha and a fine sprinkling of white pepper. It's a supple and vibrant red with a chewy mi-palate which culminates in a smooth finish trailing pipe tobacco, mocha and sweet spice flavours. Balanced and tasty.

Rich Meats , Barbeque, Cheese - Soft/Creamy, French Food
