Fresh, pretty, persistent.
Made from some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in BC, this typically (in previous vintages) was made from Golden Mile Bench. This vintage it's from Golden Mile and Osoyoos fruit.
A delightful Cab Franc it suggests pretty floral notes woven with dried cherry and prune, pipe tobacco, old spice, vanilla and cedar aromas. It has a snooth entry and plenty of freshness on the palate. The tannins are polished and it has a chocolaty/coffee finish with cherry cola flavours.
Suggested pairings: Game meats, lamb, roast duck or hearty stews and pastas.
