Organic, fresh, zesty.
This organic and vegan wine made from the Sicilian Grillo variety is consistent vintage after vintage and has a new label.
A golden yellow hue the 2021 delivers aromas of waxy lemons and pomelo, acacia, yellow apples, young quince and wet stone. The palate echos the nose; fresh lemony flavours are layered with starfruit and mineral. It has a zesty character overall and is a definitive food wine.
Pair: grilled fish or vegetables, smooth cheeses and fresh greens.
