Fresh, lively, creamy
Pere Ventura Chic is a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Parellada from around the low Penedes region of Catalonia near Barcelona.
It's a pretty bubbly with nice complexity and exceptional quaffability. Notes of lemon-drops and honeycomb, white peach, apple pear and citrus blossom lead to a juicy palate with a creamy mousse. Great fruit expression on the palate; a delicious and well-priced Cava.
