Classic, traditional, versatile.
A classic style at an affordable price, it's dry on the palate with impressive complexity.
Expect aromas of toasted brioche, golden apples and crisp yellow pears with preserved melon, soft floral notes, bright citrus and nutty undertones. Levity and complexity, a fine mousse and notable structure it has a lengthy finish of preserved lemon flavours.
An extremely versatile bubbly.
Pair:appetizers, roast chicken or turkey, seafood, salty snacks/popcorn/chips, most cheeses.
