Slick, concentrated, pristine. Viognier, a heavenly scented variety with an opulent character shows some of its best under Township 7's winemaker Mary McDermott's guidance.
This vintage is made entirely from the Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos and was fermented in French and US oak.
Fresh stone fruit and honeysuckle aromas are woven with ginger, Meyer lemon and yellow apples. It has a concentrated palate that is slick with notable purity. Powerful but balanced with excellent fruit, spice and lemon zest flavours.
Excellent.
Pairs great with hickory smoked kettle chips, oily fish and Moroccan cuisine.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
White Meat Chicken/Pork, French Food, GONE CRACKERS
