Pretty, chic, pristine.
One Faith Vineyards is owned by businessman Bill Lui who has his WSET and has taken winemaking courses through UC Davis in California. He is joined by Richard Cleve a veteran Okanagan viticulturalist who planted the (now) One Faith Black Sage vineyard in Oliver in 1992. They make nine wines including this Pinot Blanc, which shows honey and melon, orchard fruits and wildflowers on the nose. It is pristine and slick with some phenolic texture mid-palate through finish. It's a truly pretty and chic wine.
