Charming, bouncy, fresh.
This light-medium bodied and juicy red doles out red berries and cherries, peppery spices, tealeaf and vanilla aromas. The palate is just as bouncy; red wild berries, smoked spices and cocoa flavours lead to a silky and savoury finish.

Recommended Pairings
Eat your Root Veggies, Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, French Food, Cheese Fondue
