Precise, dry, nervy.
This single vineyard, named for Mission Hill's former Chief Winemaker John Simes, rests between 372-385masl. It is a consistently racy style of Riesling with aromas of green apples dusted with bee pollen, waxy lemons, spring blossoms, peach stone and honey. Dry, precise and nervy, it is a focused white with phenolic texture and a tart piercing finish.
