Quaffable, frothy, bouncy.
Bizou + Yukon are two Great Pyrenees that like to wander and keep guard over the vineyards owned by Okanagan Crush Pad. They sleep in a large custom made abode settled in the vines and they take turns watching over the winery's different plots of land. They snooze by day and patrol at night watching over the lawn mowers (aka sheep).
Made in a special charmat tank has a pale pink hue and motes of honey, summer berries, summer berries and just a whiff of bread dough. It's an off-dry and fun pink with a bouncy character. Red apple and peach flavours roll across the tongue, it is frothy and quaffable with a watermelon flavoured finish.
