Dry, straightforward, lean.
The Fool's Gold Vineyard is located in north Oliver and this Riesling is a nice (dry) addition to the portfolio. Sadly, the 2017 is not as lovely as the previous vintage, it seems oxidative with notes of bruised peaches, yellow apples, musky honey and starfruit. The palate is lean and straightforward with a medium-ish lemongrass finish.
