Stylish, complex, classic
Quails' Gate continues to produce some of British Columbia and Canada's best Pinot Noir. Their premium Family Reserve is consistently attractive. Red cherries and botanical, leather, fine spice, tealeaf, cedar chips and violet aromas sit atop beet greens and forest floor aromas. It is complex and savour, has texture and levity. A classic wine with flavours of wild red berries, rooibos tea, spice and leather.
Stylish with good persistence.
Pair: Salmon, pork or earthy dishes such as roasted beets, mushroom risotto or squash ravioli.

Eat your Root Veggies, Good First Impressions, Seafood/Fish, French Food
