Unique, juicy, quaffable.
Spearhead (formerly Spierhead) makes this white from red grapes (Pinot Noir) by avoiding any skin-to-juice contact. It is quickly whole cluster pressed and the free-run juice is quickly separated from the skins. It is the fermented in small stainless steel tanks.
Distinctly peachy with tangerine layers woven with vanilla and honeysuckle aromas. It is fresh and juicy, entirely quaffable with a zesty and fruity character. Very Pinot Blanc-like and totally unique.
