Grown on the Golden Mile Bench barrel fermented and aged in oak and stainless steel, rich golden bubbly offers lemon curds and yellow apples, dried pineapple slices, caramal, smoked spices and vanilla aromas. A plush butterscotch palate has ripe yellow fruits and honey, culminating in a spiced marzipan finish. It is weighty but woven and fresh. Pair: creamy soups and sauces, smoked cheeses, halibut in lemon butter sauce, lobster mac & cheese or grilled chicken
