Golden, toasty, fresh.
Plume is the result of the Stewart family of Quails' Gate in the Okanagan Valley expanding to Napa Valley a decade ago.
This Chardy is golden and toasty with creamed honey and nectarines, fresh pineapple, grilled lemons and browned spices. It has a fresh palate and flavours to echo the aromas. Solid style, not creamy or fleshy; it's more on the sinewy side.
Pair: Chicken Caesar salads, creamy soups, Alfredo sauce or almond halibut.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
