This new sparkling cider (pronounced EM-OH) is made by BC Tree Fruits Cider Co. and is available in BC and Alberta. I received all three versions to sample, one, the Sparkling Rose, is available in BCLDB stores.
All three use locally sourced ingredients and all include roughly four apples and soda water to add spritz. They are 5% alcohol and 118 calories per can (similar to a glass of dry white wine).
This one also contains a basil leaf, which is vague on the nose and not distracting.
