Potent, fragrant, unctuous.
Very perfumed; think rose scented soap, lychee, pomelo, honey and 5-spice. Unctuous on the palate it is spicy and has that soapy/glycerol texture and thick spicy finish. The acid is balanced though and cleans the palate nicely.

Spicy Food, Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , White Meat Chicken/Pork
