WineDiva's Review

Bright, juicy, fragrant.
Grown on the rocky, calcium-rich benches of the Black Sage, south of Oliver, this reserve estate Pinot Noir offers raspberry tea, vanilla and red currents, spice and botanical, with distinct notes of bacon fat, on the nose. Equaly savoury in the mouth, you can expect that smoked meaty character with spice and tealeaf. Silky and stylish, fresh and delightfully correct.
Pair: roasted beets, smoked salmon, pork belly, squash ravioli, mushroom risotto.
