Fragrant, engaging, sleek.
Always an excellent juxtaposition of modern and classic, this aromatic Pinot doles out pretty notes of raspberries and star anise, botanical and vanilla aromas atop an earthy core. It is juicy, has red berries and spice, bacon fat, tealeaf and savoury spice flavours. A sleek wine with good pinosity and a true sense of place
Pair: Mushroom Wellington, roasted beet risotto or grilled salmon.
