WineDiva's Review

Complex, elegant, seamless.
From a cooler, and higher home block vineyard site, this organically grown Chardonnay was 100% fermented wild in puncheons and French oak barrels for structure; malolactic was encouraged to add softness. It then sat in stainless steel for six extra months, to integrate before bottling. 
A stunning example with toasted tangerine, roasted hazelnuts, browned butter, lemon oil and brown spice hints. A seamless wine, elegantly framed with deft oak; sleek, lively and lengthy.
