Savoury, spiced textural.
170 barrels, aged 18 months in partially new French oak this savoury Cabernet Franc oozes smoked meat with roasted herbs, toasted spices, bittersweet chocolate, espresso and leather. The palate is where the wild berries come into play alongside bacon fat, smoked spices and cocoa.
