Elegant, purity, silky.
Located in the Cowichan Valley, BC's newest sub-GI, Unsworth is a boutique winery founded in 2010 that was acquired by Barbara Banke and her daughter Julia Jackson (Jackson Family Wines) in the summer of 2020.
The Saison is the winery's flagship wine for a reason. It has an incredibly fragrant nose of blueberry, star anise, raspberry, roses, cedar and leather. It has a delicacy underpinned by a fluid structure and notable silkiness on the tongue. The fruit expression and purity are notable, the finish long and supple. Delicious and elegant.
