Pristine, bouncy, tangy. Harvested from the Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, this verdant Savvy smells like crunchy peaches, nettle, elderflower, grass clippings, honey and lime. It has a tangy and pristine demeanor with racy acidity, good concentration and a long juicy finish. Pair:Seared scallops, goat cheese crostini, grilled asparagus,
