Made entirely from organic Cabernet Franc this salmon-hued pink offers charred berries, iodine and orange pekoe tea, wet stone mineral notes and French milled Provence soap. The palate mimic the nose, tangy and mineral flavours are layered with bruised strawberry and applesauce. Good acidity here, with notable umami and savoury characters that are best served by the addition of food.
