Fragrant, unctuous, lovely.
A blend of 70% Roussanne with 30% Marsanne, this southern France blend was co-fermented and lees stirred, went through partial malolactic fermentation and was aged four months in 25% new French oak.
Honeysuckle and a mix of orchard and stone fruits, candle wax, exotic spice, pine and white flowers are displayed on the nose. It has a kiss of sweetness (2.2gL RS) and a fresh but unctuous palate with yellow fruit, waxy citrus and oak spice. Lush and mouthfilling it's a lovely version of this blend.
